EVEN IF THE COMPANY OR ITS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Contract Terms

The following terms are applicable to new members:-

1. The Company reserves the write to refuse any member from the system for whatever reason or if it is deemed by the Company to have unsuitable content in the pop-up link or website. Reasons for refusal will be notified by email. Websites must have at least 3 reachable web pages. For Gold Account status you must have a minimum of 1,000 unique visitors/month to your nominated websites home page. All Flash only sites will not be compatible.

Sites that do not qualify are ones that:

Promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Promote illegal activities
Infringe or otherwise violate any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

2. Should any member decide to cancel their subscription the Company will request removal of all pop-up links to their sites therefore removing them from the system. No further commission payments will be made.

3. If any member is found to edit or tamper with the pop-up code or make changes to their website that conflict with our policy ( see 1 ) they will be removed from the system immediately. No further commission payments will be made.

4. All commission payments will be made via ClickBank therefore it is a prerequisite that prior to joining as a Gold member that your account is active - see Affiliate Agreement.

5. Commission payments to Gold members are based on new members acquired through your website in any given month at 50% of the first months set up fee. The Company will advise by email as new members are signed up and will issue payments at the end of the following month.

6. Should new Gold members acquired through your website decide to cancel you will be advised by ClickBank.

7. The initial payment is a Set Up fee and is paid via ClickBank, following payments for Gold members starting one month from the Set Up fee payment and are collected by ClickBank.

8. Website Traffic Explosion may from time to time issue new Codes that you agree to install within your web page meta tags.

Contract Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from this site and all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at the Company's sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other of the Company's sites and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. No further commission payments will be made.

Privacy Statement

This website is committed to the highest standards in its use and storage of customer data. This Privacy Policy supports our commitment to ensure that our use of consumer data is lawful and complies with best practice.
We will only use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
